new to the label of disability - whether you were just diagnosed or have spent years coming to acknowledge that you may fit into this category

I have lived experience in disability, as someone with chronic migraine, a sleep disorder, and experiences of akasthisia.

I received training from Blind and Vision Impaired folks while leading process groups around navigating new disabilities and ways of living.

Group is offered at a standard fee of $15. I offer a reduced rate for community access of $10 and low fee spots of $5.
Fees are charged after sessions are held.
Please indicate your budget or fee range for sessions when scheduling our consultation.
After our consultation you are welcome to drop-in as often as your schedule allows.

Group is offered to up to 12 members at a time. Because I operate from Disability Justice principles, I understand that group attendance may vary depending on everyone’s disabilities and levels of stress. We can expect that each group meeting has between 6-8 members, however this is subject to change.

Group is held weekly for one hour.
Thursdays at 10:30 AM PT / 11:30 MT / 12:30 CT / 1:30 PM ET.
